A key reason why I picked them was their handy online design tool. It’s super easy to use and allows you to create your own custom design in just a few clicks.
Another good reason is their rapid turnaround. They can print your custom t-shirt in just five minutes, which is perfect for those last-minute orders.
Additionally, they provide free shipping on orders over $99, which made my online shopping experience here better.
However, take note that their prices are a bit higher than average, so it might be best to consider other options first.

I also like that they use renowned apparel brands, like Bella Canvas, American Apparel, and Gildan, to ensure clients get high-quality fabrics.
Furthermore, they have a price match guarantee. If you find a lower price elsewhere, they’ll match it so you get the best value.
However, they have some issues I should mention. Their location is a bit far for many of Toronto’s western residents, and they don’t have an online ordering system. These two combined make it harder for some people to get their service.

The t-shirt printing shop I recommend to business owners and event organizers is T-Shirt Elephant. Founded in 2010, this shop can bring your designs to life using various methods like DTG printing, screen printing, embroidery, and press vinyl.
One of the things I like about them is their free design review and repair service. They’ll fix pixelated artwork, adjust placements, and remove background colours to make sure your design looks perfect.
Plus, they provide mobile t-shirt printing services for live events so your guests have a unique souvenir to take home.
Their free delivery for orders over $250 is a nice perk, especially for those huge orders.
However, it’s disappointing that their standard turnaround time is 10 business days, which isn’t good if you’re in a hurry.

A key service they provide is graphic design. They have a team of experienced designers who can help you create custom artwork. This can be useful if you’re not a design whiz yourself.
I’m also quite impressed with their fast turnaround times. In most cases, they only need 2–3 business days to complete orders.
Furthermore, they offer big discounts on bulk orders and will only charge $12 per t-shirt for orders of 50 or more.
However, one downside is that they don’t entertain walk-ins. It should also be noted that their location is a bit far from most of Toronto’s western suburbs.

Another Scarborough-based t-shirt printing shop I discovered recently is RM Printing. With over 15 years of experience under their belt, they offer an impressive variety of printing services, including DTG printing, DTF printing, embroidery, heat press vinyl, and silkscreen printing.
Aside from their printing options, I’m also impressed that they use apparel brands like Adidas, American Apparel, and Sportsman for better printing results.
Furthermore, they have quick turnaround times and can have your orders ready within the same day or the next.
That said, there have been a few reports of them occasionally messing up the designs provided by clients. At least they have a customer satisfaction guarantee that ensures they’ll reprint at no extra cost if you find errors with your prints.
